Booking, Cancellation & Safety Policy
At Fig Tree Cabin, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I run a small, private studio, so last-minute changes can have a big impact. Please take a moment to read the booking, cancellation, and safety policies below before confirming your appointment.
Bookings
Appointments can be made via my website, by email, or directly with me. For certain treatments, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. This will be clearly advised at the time of booking.
Cancellations
I understand that plans can change, and I’m always happy to help reschedule where possible.

More than 48 hours’ notice – No charge.

24–48 hours’ notice – 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.

Less than 24 hours’ notice / missed appointments – 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be reduced to avoid delaying the next client, but the full treatment cost will still apply.
Allergies & Patch Testing
Your safety is my priority. Certain treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment — this will be discussed when you book.
Please inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your treatment. While every care is taken, Fig Tree Cabin cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions if this information is not disclosed or if patch testing is declined.
On-Location Hair & Make-Up
Unless otherwise agreed, all make-up and hair appointments take place at Fig Tree Cabin. For mobile services, a minimum call-out fee of £250 applies, plus any additional travel expenses.
